UTStarcom to Exhibit Full Suite of Broadband, Wireless and Switching Solutions at ITU Telecom World 2006

ALAMEDA, Calif., Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- UTStarcom, Inc.

and services, today announced that the company will display its innovative
portfolio of IP networking and telecommunications solutions at the company's
booth (Booth #3001 in Hall 3) at ITU Telecom World 2006. The show runs from
December 4-8, 2006 at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong.

Company to Conduct Live Demonstrations of IPTV, FMC and IP CDMA

In addition to displaying its full array of handsets, broadband, wireless
and switching solutions, UTStarcom will also have live demonstrations of its
MovingMedia(TM) 2000 all-IP CDMA2000 network solution; IP-based Personal
Access System (iPAS(TM)); RollingStream(TM) end-to-end IPTV system; MobileCard
modular mobile phone technology; and Continuity(TM) integrated fixed-mobile
convergence solution.
